You got yourself in here you can get yourself out" when he was in the train station, just before being rescued by Trinity -> Maybe Neo and Trinity are two brain hemispheres in the same person? -> Neo and the Oracle conversation might be worth rewatching (around 27:09) -> "Then why didn't you tell me the truth?"
